EstimatesPlease schedule an initial consultation with Five Star Cleaning Services; we will come to your office or home and review your needs before giving a formal estimate. |

24 Hour GuaranteeIf you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, simply inform the Five Star Cleaning Services main office (at 973.748.9309) within 24 hours of service and we will happily reclean the area with which you are dissatisfied. |

PaymentPayment may be made by credit card or by check. |

RefundsSince cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with Five Star Cleaning Services. Please see our 24 hour guarantee (above) if you are dissatisfied with your cleaning. |

CancellationIf it is necessary to cancel/skip any scheduled cleaning day, please notify Five Star Cleaning Services at least 2 business days before the scheduled day. That will allow us to reassign the cleaning team to another appointment. If Five Star Cleaning Services receives less than 2 business days' notice, or can't access your office or home, it will be necessary to us to charge the full price of your cleaning.
To ensure that all of your needs are addressed, please correspond all requests and changes directly to the Five Star Cleaning Services manager. Please do not communicate these important details with the cleaning team. If for some reason you wish to terminate your Five Star Cleaning Services, please be sure to submit this in writing to our office. |

Arrival NoticeIf you wish to wait for your cleaning team to give them access into your office or home, please realize that we can give arrival windows of about 2 hours. Many things can affect our schedules, such as cancellations, lockouts, weather delays, or customers adding services. We want to save you time, not make you waste it waiting for us to arrive. Leaving a key at the Five Star Cleaning Services office is the most-efficient way for you to provide your cleaning team access to your office or home. |
