We find that the employees are very trustworthy and perform their cleaning operation both expediently and according to our requirements. Five Star Cleaning has also performed services above and beyond just normal maintenance.
Mr. Luis Midon, proprietor of Five Star, is a very cooperative gentleman who has assisted us with tasks, such as renting vehicles and providing personnel for loading and unloading. He has also responded on very short notice and we feel very secure in knowing that we can call on him and he will always make himself and staff available for any project we might have.

We have been using Luis Midon's cleaning service for more than two years now, and we love how well-maintained our home is. We are probably among the most difficult clients Mr. Midon has: before we had his staff, we had gone through five cleaning ladies in under two years. My husband and I are very particular, and Mr. Midon's staff strove to meet every need we presented.
We have a very detail-oriented list of how we like things done here, including specifics about how the laundry should be washed and dried, with different cleaning products for different fabrics; how the hardwood floors should be cleaned and polished; and how we like our decorative objects left precisely where we placed them, not moved around the room.
We have recommended Mr. Midon and his staff to three other Montclair homeowners, who remain as happy with them as we are. One should not be put off by the fact that the young ladies do not have a great command of English; if something requires an in-depth conversation, I simply call Mr. Midon and he instructs the ladies as to what it is I want.
His hands-on approach and attention to detail is something we had never found before, either in our NY apartment, or after we had moved to our Montclair home. I highly recommend Mr. Midon and his staff!

As a client of Five Star Cleaning Services I would like report on the excellent service I receive.
It's not uncommon for cleaners to begin doing a great job and slowly slack in their performance. This is not the case with Five Star Cleaning. The employees' attention to detail and meticulous service has not waned. The professionals at Five Star are friendly, efficient and skilled at what they do. The team of cleaners is honest and prompt. The team comes in, gets the job done, and leaves my home looking and smelling sparkling clean.
